We do not hire the machining service from other companies.  This is done in our shop.

 We do the machining our compressor need, to adjust it exactaly to the same tolerances as the manufacturer's. 

  Lapping of cylinders.

  For all compressors with scratched cylinders , whether they have clearances in the cylinder or other kind of incidence in the engine body, we have the tools for machining the bodies to insert pistons and over sized connecting rods, lining cylinders; and replace the original tolerances.
